a little about myself

My journey to becoming a UX designer was one that was unexpected but had been playing out ever since I graduated college. My career background was focused on customer/client facing roles such as customer service, account management, and customer success where I always found myself figuring out ways to leverage our products to help solve our customers problems. This allowed me to be on the frontlines of hearing customers pain points and feedback on how we can enhance our products to make it part of their daily lives. Daily interactions with customers turned into unique challenges that had me engaged from beginning to end.

At the same time I was always engrossed with anything visual design related and always jumped on any chance I can get to create anything that helped me flex my design muscles. I found myself immersed in anything design related from digital to physical items that would soon inspire me to find my path in life.

It was only a matter of time before my skill sets and passion merged into one to create a unique role that I would find myself pursuing to help solve real world problems with the functionality and beauty of design.
